Rather than coming in with cookie-cutter solutions for clients, in full scope engagements we develop customized strategies and execution plans to make organizations more diverse, equitable, and inclusive.

That means our work together is based on your organization-specific data, and leverages the great ideas that your employees have by positioning them within a robust framework rooted in organizational behavior research and industry best practices.

Full-scope strategy projects generally consist of three phases: assessment (gathering data to understand your baseline and build a plan), implementation (building the systems that are needed to execute that plan), and sustaining (making sure our plan is having the desired impact in the long-term).

Humans are wonderfully imperfect beings, and that means we’ll have to navigate interpersonal conflict with our colleagues from time to time. Sometimes, we navigate the conflict easily and effectively, learning from it and doing better next time.
